  • Official Brand Warranty: Covered directly by the official manufacturer/brand. Customers can claim this at any official brand service center in Bangladesh.

  • Seller/Service Warranty: Covered directly by mamoni.fun. We will repair the product free of cost for labor, but parts cost may apply depending on the product type.

  • Replacement Guarantee: If the product has a manufacturing defect within [e.g., 7 days] of delivery, we will replace it with a new unit.

2. Warranty/Guarantee Period

The duration of the warranty or guarantee varies by product and is clearly mentioned on the respective product description page. The period starts from the date of delivery/invoice.

3. What is NOT Covered (Exclusions)

The warranty or guarantee will become void (invalid) under the following circumstances:

  • Physical Damage: Any damage caused by dropping, accidents, misuse, or improper handling.

  • Liquid Damage: Exposure to water, moisture, or any liquid unless the product is certified waterproof and used within specified limits.

  • Unauthorized Repair: If the product has been opened, altered, or repaired by any unauthorized person or third-party service center.

  • Power Surges: Damage caused by high voltage, short circuits, or using incompatible chargers/power sources.

  • Normal Wear and Tear: Natural degradation of materials over time, such as battery health decline or cosmetic scratches.

4. How to Claim Warranty/Guarantee

To initiate a claim, please follow these steps:

  2. Once approved for inspection, you must send/bring the product to our designated service center at your own cost.

  3. You must provide the Original Invoice/Cash Memo and the Original Product Packaging/Box with all accessories.

5. Resolution Timeline

  • Inspection: It may take [e.g., 3-5 business days] to inspect the product and verify the claim.

  • Repair/Replacement: If the claim is valid, the repair or replacement process may take [e.g., 7 to 21 business days], depending on parts availability.

6. Legal Compliance

This policy is designed in compliance with the Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009 of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
